Liping has a long history of volunteering in the local community. As one of the founders of the Cheshire Cultural Diversity Association, she directs the operations of this organization, actively participating community to promote cultural diversity and inclusion. Liping volunteers as a Medicare counselor at Area Agency on Aging and serves as a voting member at United Way.

Liping currently resides in CT and works at a local hospital as a senior accountant. She is an animal lover who also enjoys hiking and gardening.
